Monthly (Multi-Month) Subscription Refunds

Refund percentages for multi-month subscriptions cancelled before completion. Single-month subscriptions receive no refund.

Monthly subscriptions end at the last school day of the current billing month. Refunds apply only to remaining unused months.

About These Settings

Booking Buffer: Minimum time between when a parent books and when service can start. This gives you time to assign drivers and plan routes.
Default School Year Dates: Used as defaults when parents subscribe. Parents can customize these dates for their specific school calendar.
